Why Shelters Use This Pee Pad Instead Of Disposables

There is a scent inside the fabric that tells your dog this is the spot, so your dog goes on it instead of beside it. It is woven into the fibers rather than sprayed on top, which is why it is still pulling them back after hundreds of washes.

No training needed. The scent does the teaching for you.
Over 300 machine washes. More than a year of daily use from one pad.
90 days risk free. Free shipping, and US based support.

The Pad Rescues Put Down For Dogs With No Housetraining At All

A shelter takes in dogs who have never lived indoors, and they cannot spend two weeks training each one. They need a pad the dog walks onto unprompted on day one. That is why these get reordered by the case, run through industrial washers hundreds of times, and used on concrete, tile and carpet without a single leak. If it holds up to twenty intake dogs a week, it will hold up to yours.

5 Reasons Dog Owners Are Throwing Out Their Disposables

1

Your Dog Pees Right Next To The Pad. This One Fixes That.

Two inches off the edge, every single time. It is not stubbornness. A disposable smells like plastic, and to your dog's nose that is not a bathroom. PuppyPad has a scent woven into the fabric that says go here, so most dogs use it the first time it hits the floor.

2

Yes, It Goes Straight In Your Washing Machine

This is the bit everyone worries about, so here is the honest answer. Cold cycle, your normal detergent, no special setting. The waterproof backing keeps everything sealed until it hits the water, so there is no smell left behind and nothing in the drum for your next load.

The five layers of the PuppyPad
How it is built

Five Layers, And Each One Has A Job

Pheromone layer. Patented pheromones bonded into the fibre. Tells them where to go.

Soft top. Quilted and comfortable, so they’ll actually settle on it.

Soaker core. Takes it in under 5 seconds, holds four full pees.

Gravity Lock® membrane. Liquid goes in, nothing comes back out.

Rubber grip base. Holds on wood, tile and rugs.

3

It Holds A Whole Day Of Pee Without Leaking

A disposable holds pee in a gel that squeezes straight back out the moment they step on it. Gravity Lock® traps it in a one way layer instead. You can lift the pad, tip it, turn it upside down, and nothing comes out. It also stands up to the most determined chewer, which disposables never do.

4

No Smell, And It Does Not Slide Under Their Paws

That sour smell you notice when someone walks in is bacteria, and the antimicrobial layer kills it, so the house stays fresh between washes. And where a disposable skates across the floor, which is genuinely dangerous for an older dog, the rubber dots hold this one still. It sits happily on a rug too, because nothing soaks through.

Ninety Days To Decide

The Questions Everyone Asks First

Am I really putting a pee pad in my washing machine?

You are, and it is no different to washing a dog bed cover. Cold cycle, your normal detergent, on its own or in with towels. The waterproof backing keeps everything sealed until it hits the water, so nothing is left in the drum for your next load.

Does the scent wash out?

No. It is woven into the fibres rather than sprayed on the surface, so it lasts the life of the pad. Dogs are still drawn to it after hundreds of washes.

Will my house smell like dog pee?

No. That sour smell you get with disposables is bacteria sitting in a wet gel out in the open. Here the liquid pulls down into the core in seconds, the surface reads dry, and the antimicrobial layer kills the bacteria between washes. If you ever do catch a smell, it is the pad telling you it is wash day — nothing a cold cycle does not fix.

Can I use it for poop as well, or only pee?

Both are fine. Lift the solids off with a bag first, then wash the pad as usual. The surface does not stain and it does not hold the smell. Plenty of owners with senior dogs use it for both every day.

Will it work on my rug, or only hard floors?

Both. The rubber base grips wood, tile and low carpet, and the waterproof layer means nothing reaches what is underneath. You can lay it straight over a rug you care about.

My dog shreds every pad. Will this one survive?

This is who it was built for. A disposable comes apart the moment a dog gets a tooth in — this is woven fabric with stitched edges that stands up to digging, dragging and determined chewing, and it is still intact after 300+ washes. We will not pretend anything on earth is indestructible, but shredders usually give up on it within a week, and if yours somehow wins, the 90 days has you covered.

How many do I actually need?

One small dog on one floor is comfortable with three, two down and one in the wash. Two dogs, stairs, or an older dog with bladder trouble is where six makes life easy. One in every room they use, three always clean.

My old dog is set in their ways. Will they really use it?

Older dogs and rescues are exactly who this works best for, because you are not teaching your dog anything. The scent does the job on its own. If they will not take to it, the 90 days covers you completely.

What if my dog simply will not use it?

Then it costs you nothing. You have 90 days, which is long enough to genuinely know. If they will not take to it, email help@teampuppypad.com with your order number and we refund you — no conditions to argue about, no restocking fee, and the three e-books stay yours. Out of 150,000 orders, fewer than one in two hundred ever come back.
